You can view and watch any online auction simply by clicking on the "BIDDING OPEN" link alongside the appropriate auction description.

Should you wish to bid, follow the "Login / New Bidder" link at the top of the auction page that opens. If you have registered for previous auctions you can then simply login with your Username / Password.

If you are yet to register then select "If You Are A New Bidder" and follow the prompts. Ensure your information is correct as you will be contacted by email and phone for verification.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you attempt to register for an online auction within 4 hours of closing time, you may require a debit / credit card for authorisation.

Registration is also available in person on our premises.


ONLINE BIDDING PLATFORM

We use the worlds largest Internet Auction Platform designed for Auction Houses. Our system allows for registration from most countries.

ITEM INSPECTION

All items listed for auction are available for inspection on our premises on the following days only. Excluding public holidays.

BIDDERS REGISTRATION (ON PREMISE AUCTIONS)

GETTING STARTED

All buyers intending to bid, must register prior to the auction. You cannot bid unless you have registered.
Once registered, there is no obligation to bid.

 

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

WHAT YOU NEED

Registration forms are located in the entrance foyer. The pdf version is attached in the title block . Print, complete and bring along. Once completed, please proceed to reception counter with the following:
      * Completion of "Bidders Registration Form".
      * Photo ID

ABSENTEE BIDDING

BID WITHOUT BEING HERE

Absentee bids are welcome at any of our auctions. Registration forms are available from reception or you can download it from the title block adjacent. Complete and hand in, along with a deposit totaling 10% of your maximum bid amounts. The auctioneer will bid on your behalf, up to your maximum bid.

INSPECTION OF AUCTION ITEMS

ACCESS TIMES

Auction catalogues can be downloaded for the relevant auction when they become available.. Auction catalogues are also available from reception at a cost of $2.
Items can be inspected the advertised days prior to auction, and up to one hour before auction commencement. Staff will be on hand to assist where necessary.


NOTE: Enclosed footwear must be worn within the goods location areas. 

DURING THE AUCTION

WHAT TO DO

Most importantly...enjoy yourself!
To bid, simply raise your hand with your bidder number so the Auctioneer can clearly see you. There is typically a lot of items to get through, so a quick auction is a good auction. So be warned, snooze and you may lose!

 

CHECKOUT / PAYMENT

AFTER THE AUCTION

You can wait for the auction to finish then pay for any items won. If the auction is still underway, and you have won what you wanted and would like to leave, you can settle your account early.
Payments accepted: EFTPOS, Cash, Bank Transfer, Visa & MasterCard Credit Cards (1.45% Fee).

GOODS COLLECTION

HOW TO GET YOUR GOODS

Goods can ONLY be collected AFTER completion of the auction, and payment received in full. Present your receipt to a staff member and they will bring your goods to the collection area.
It is your responsibility to handle your goods from that point. Staff are not permitted to assist with loading or securing items (other than by forklift)

HOW IT WORKS

Once we have your vehicle, we create an online auction and marketing campaign purely for your vehicle.

On completion of the auction we refer to you the highest bid for your consideration. If you choose not to accept the highest bid, you are under no obligation to sell. If you accept the bid, we finalise the sale and transfer the proceeds to your account the same day that the buyer pays us.

WHAT IT COSTS

Nothing! Not only do we get you top dollar for your goods, we charge you nothing in seller commissions. As an example, if you wanted a minimum of $5000 for your vehicle and it sold for $6000. Then you get every cent of that $6000!
